What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are custom-made. We always manufacture windows and doors according to the buyer's custom dimensions.
What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery time is 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment is normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit, balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
What warranty do you provide?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading frames and operational hardware. A 10-year warranty is included for German hardware, with free replacement parts provided for quality issues.
Are your products certified?
Yes, our products meet AAMA, NFRC, CE, and Australian standards. We can also arrange additional testing and certification upon request.
