Are you supplying standard sizes of windows/doors or customised products?
Both are available. We have distributors overseas; some of them purchase standard sizes of aluminium windows/doors from YY factory, and we also supply customized products for numerous end customers, developers, and builders.

What about your packaging safety for international transport?
We have exported large quantities of products overseas with zero damage complaints. Our standard packaging includes carton and thin film protection, with optional heavy-duty steel frames or solid wooden cases. Photos of our secure packing can be provided upon request.

What window and door systems do you engineer?
All our architectural systems are engineered according to the stringent structural requirements of international markets such as Australia and Canada. Our engineering team can configure custom solutions tailored to match different wall installation systems.

Is there any price difference between powder coating and anodising?
There is no significant price difference between the two treatments. We strongly recommend choosing an anodised finish if the installation is near coastal saltwater environments for long-term corrosion resistance. Powder coating performs exceptionally well for projects located further inland.

What hardware brands and locking mechanisms can you supply?
We supply top German brands (such as ROTO, G-U), certified Australian brands, and premium Chinese brands (Chugn, Kin Long). For Australian projects, local brands are recommended for easy long-term maintenance and hardware replacement. All our systems utilize multi-point, durable, long-lasting locking systems.
