Pro Flat is an ultra-slim aluminum frame profile designed for hinged cabinet doors with a flush, frameless appearance. Made in Italy from extruded EN AW-6060 T5 aluminum, it accommodates 4 mm tempered glass or 4 mm decorative panels such as lacquered MDF or mirror-backed inserts, enabling a highly refined, integrated surface.
With a compact 20×22 mm cross-section, Pro Flat creates a nearly invisible perimeter that lets the glass or panel sit almost flush with the cabinet front. It also supports the use of a paint mask—a decorative frame insert that can be finished to match surrounding cabinetry or cover the glass edge for a seamless look. An optional recessed handle slot can be integrated into the profile, or it can be supplied in a fully flat version for push-to-open systems.
Pro Flat is compatible with standard concealed hinges (e.g. Salice Serie 200) and supports 105° or 94° opening, depending on the hinge type. It is available in various finishes including anodized, painted, or brushed coatings, allowing it to blend effortlessly with a wide range of design schemes.
