How can I get an accurate price quote?
The price is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, single, double, or laminated, with or without Argon).
What is your manufacture lead time and MOQ?
Our manufacturing lead time is 30 to 45 days after the deposit is paid and drawings are confirmed. Our standard MOQ is $20,000 for total order value (orders below this threshold incur an additional $800 color-adjusting and machine-running fee).
Do you accept customized designs, sizes, and colors?
Yes, absolutely. All designs and dimensions are tailored to customer requirements. Colors are selectable through Colorbond, RAL charts, or real physical color samples.
What are your warranty terms and problem solutions?
We offer a 5-year quality warranty covering unfading and non-peeling frames, along with functional parts under proper operation, as well as a 50-year warranty for German hardware. Defective parts will be replaced promptly by international courier (10-15 days if parts require re-ordering).
What are the accepted payment terms and shipping packaging?
Standard payment is 30%-50% T/T deposit and balance before delivery, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Packaging consists of protective film, cartons, and iron steel pallets secured with airbags inside the shipping container.
