We use Export-Standard Safe Packaging to guarantee zero damage. Inside, we apply protective film and shockproof EPE foam. Outside, we pack the products in fully sealed, non-fumigation plywood crates. Your glass and frames are 100% safe with us.

How do you guarantee the quality and energy efficiency of your products?
We use high-precision 6063-T5 aluminium profiles and premium PA66 thermal break nylon strips. This multi-cavity structure provides excellent sound insulation, heat preservation, and wind resistance, significantly reducing your HVAC energy costs.

What is your standard production lead time?
For standard configurations and colors, the lead time is about 15-25 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed. For special customized colors or large-volume project orders, it takes around 30-35 days.

What kind of quality warranty do you provide?
We offer a 10-year warranty for our aluminium profiles and a 5-year warranty for hardware accessories. If any quality defects occur within the warranty period under normal use, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
