Yes, our factory is located in Linyi, Shandong, known as the capital of sheet metal. We have been deeply involved in the wooden door industry for 16 years since our establishment in 2010. The factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters and is equipped with 5 standardized production lines, including a 2,000 square meter sample display room. We maintain a reliable output of 400-500 sets of wooden doors per day, with monthly capacity reaching 12,000 to 15,000 sets.
Q2 Can you manufacture doors according to custom drawings?
Yes, we can. Please provide your drawings for evaluation. Our technical team will confirm feasibility and issue final production drawings for your approval before manufacturing.
Q3 What is your sample policy?
Small samples are provided free of charge. Complete door samples require a production cost fee based on specific requirements, which will be refunded upon placing subsequent bulk orders.
Q4 What is the ordering process and delivery lead time?
Delivery generally takes 15-25 days. Once we confirm your specifications, we provide technical drawings and an invoice. Upon receiving a 40% deposit, production begins. Prior to final dispatch, photos/videos are provided for remote approval or third-party inspection, and the remaining balance is settled before shipment.

Our door leaves utilize high-density fiberboard paired with a 2cm thick solid wood frame, delivering high structural stability and resistance to warping. Fitted with a protective top sealing sponge strip, these doors achieve a service life of over 20 years under normal daily use and proper maintenance.
Q6 Are door frames included and do you offer hardware accessories?
A complete door set includes door leaves, matching door frames, and decorative architraves, ensuring uniform color and finish. Additionally, standard locks, hinges, and hardware are available upon request as optional accessories.
